With nearly two decades of experience, Lacey Dremann has become a trusted name in interior design and project management across the Reno and Lake Tahoe region. As the Owner and Principal Designer of First Impression, Lacey brings a bold mix of creativity, precision, and authenticity to every project—turning houses into deeply personal, beautifully crafted homes.

Lacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the University of Nevada, Reno, and has since built a portfolio that includes everything from custom luxury homes and large-scale renovations to boutique developments and full design-build collaborations. Her passion lies in creating spaces that not only look incredible but also feel like home—spaces that reflect her clients’ lives, values, and stories.

Meet Greg Bodden—Lacey’s husband, right-hand collaborator, and the guy who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. As First Impression’s Project and Accounts Manager, Greg plays a vital role in making sure each project stays on schedule, on budget, and on point.

With a background in real estate and a sharp eye for detail, Greg brings structure and clarity to the design-build process. He manages the day-to-day logistics, coordinates with clients and subcontractors, tracks progress, and makes sure the financial side of every project stays organized and transparent. In short, he’s the calm, steady presence making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Greg’s natural ability to connect with people makes him a trusted resource for clients, tradespeople, and team members alike. Whether he's handling contracts, double-checking timelines, or answering questions mid-project, he’s always approachable, solution-focused, and ready to help.

As a licensed real estate agent, Greg also brings valuable insight into the market and how design choices can impact home value—giving First Impression clients an extra edge when it comes to making smart, stylish, and strategic decisions.

Site Superintendent & Construction Lead | First Impression

 

Justin Dremann is a true master of his craft. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in nearly every facet of the construction industry, he brings a deep well of knowledge, precision, and leadership to each and every First Impression project.

As Site Superintendent and Construction Lead, Justin plays a critical role in bringing our design visions to life—on time, on spec, and with unmatched attention to detail. He’s known for his methodical approach, commitment to quality, and the kind of technical expertise that only comes from decades in the field.

Justin’s professionalism and strong rapport with subcontractors, vendors, and tradespeople make him a respected leader on every job site. He’s the steady hand that keeps things running smoothly, solves problems before they start, and ensures that the craftsmanship matches the caliber of the design.

And of course, there’s the family connection—Justin is Lacey’s brother. That built-in understanding of her design eye, expectations, and high standards gives him a unique ability to interpret and execute the vision with precision. Their sibling shorthand allows for seamless communication and results that reflect the high standards First Impression is known for.

Project Coordinator & Design Assistant | First Impression

 

Jamie’s journey with First Impression began as a First Impression residential remodel client—and like many great design stories, it turned into something even more meaningful. After experiencing Lacey’s hands-on, high-quality approach firsthand, Jamie joined the team and quickly became an essential part of the process.

As Project Coordinator and Design Assistant, Jamie is Lacey’s right hand and the go-to for all things scheduling, communication, and organization. She keeps the moving parts moving, making sure timelines are on track, materials are where they need to be, and clients stay in the loop from start to finish. Her background as a client gives her a unique, empathetic perspective that helps create a seamless and stress-free experience for others going through the same journey.

With a sharp eye for design and a true knack for logistics, Jamie helps bridge the gap between the creative vision and the day-to-day execution. Whether she’s sourcing samples, wrangling calendars, or helping bring mood boards to life, Jamie brings focus, warmth, and serious multitasking magic to every project.
